Great place and friendly staff. They also have self-ordering kiosk in the shop which makes the ordering so much easier. We can choose our choice of tea, sweetness level, ice level and toppings. They have a wide choice of fruit tea, brewed tea, milk tea, fresh milk tea, signature tea and ice blended tea. Thai pearl milk tea, Mango green milk tea, Okinawa pearl milk tea and Hokkaido pearl milk tea are our favorites here. One of the things that surprised us the most was the amount of boba that they add in tea, which is almost one-third of the cup. It is very rare to get this much measure of boba in any other shops. We always love to have so much boba in our teas. We to go here always

They are a busy location, they allow you to order ahead through an app. Wait time was good. The staff was polite. Currently allowing 3 people at a time for ordering. After you order you have to wait outside and they call you based on your order number. THEY ARE GENEROUS WITH THE TOPPING, WHICH I LOVED

Small place. Friendly staff and great service. You can just get in, order from kiosk with special instructions if any, and you get your order asap. Definitely recommend the place. Have bunch of options to choose from.

Amazing, nice and cold, not that noisy and the music is good as well. They don’t blast terrible music loudly unlike some other milk tea places…thank god the blended mango drink with ice cream is so good

Through my time currently as a student, this place is the best. The drinks are so good to a point where I bike there every Friday. The employees are chill, we’re cool. I recommend :D

One of my favorite places to get Boba and other iced treats. They have alot of variety and plenty to drink with alot of options to satisfy anyone. The service is ok, they're not rude but they pretty much ignore everyone that comes in but mainly it's because you order yourself without the cashier (self service) but they're usually polite when you talk to then. The atmosphere is alright too. kind of dark and seems disorganized and not much seating but otherwise it's fine. Will go again since it's one of the best boba places in Fremont.

Came here for my usual Sharetea drink, kiwi aiyu jelly, no sugar, no ice. You order on machines and they automatically make your order. I brought my own cup and own straw, for whatever reason there was a big discussion about why they can't use my own cup (I don't like using plastic). Apparently it's because they use the cups to count...something? Why can't they use their register system to count number of drinks they sold, isn't that more accurate than using cups (employees don't get free drinks here? Employees don't mess up drinks here ever? Counting cups is not accurate). Please change your system and think about the environment! In the end, they did it for me but it felt uncomfortable, not sure why I had to debate so much in favor of being better to the environment.

I love stopping by this ShareTea! The service is typically quick, and there’s rarely a long wait. One of my go-to favorites is the Brulee Tiger Fresh Milk. Ordering is self-serve with two tablets available, making the process super fast and convenient.
